Stress less with a meditation practice.  Learn easy techniques and enjoy a guided meditation.


Gong Meditation

Friday, September 25 at 7:00 p.m.

Bring a mat, pillow and blanket if you'd like so that you can be comfortable as the vibration and sounds of the gongs wash over you.  A uniquely relaxing and energizing experience.
