The Tutor Room is available during normal library hours for use by adults and children who are being tutored or who are working with parents on skill development. You may reserve a time to use it in advance in person at the Check Out Desk, by calling the Library (546-7060) and asking for the Check Out Desk, or by using our online room request application. If the room is not booked, you may ask to use it; however, people who have booked the room in advance have priority for its use. If you sign up for use of the Tutor Room without advance booking, you may only sign up for one hour at a time; people may sign up for longer periods of time by booking the room in advance.

There is a limit of two people at a time in the Tutor Room. An adult must accompany children under 10 years of age who are using the Tutor Room. A key for the room is available at the Check Out Desk.

As is true throughout the library, no smoking is allowed in the Tutor Room. Persons misusing the tutor room, disturbing others, being noisy, etc., will be asked to leave.

The Tutor Room is for the use of tutors and their students or parents and their children. If you are looking for an area for group study or other computer use, please ask at the Check Out Desk.
